Feature
1. Water-based ink printing,green environmental protection, no pollution, complies with international environmental protection printing standard.
2. 1 to 15 colors printing group can be optional and combined random.
3.The type of printing: flexo printing or combination with flexo and gravure.
4.Upper feeding structure reduces the position of plate roller and anilox roller, resulting to lowering the center of the whole printing group, make operation more steady, overcome completely the pollution to printing material of ground dust, flying ink and leakage ink.
5.The complete sealed doctor blade supplies quantitative ink, overcomes the flying ink, leaking ink, save the ink. It can control the quantity of ink preciously to make stable ink supplying, improving the printing quality.
6.High precision tension sensor adopts closed loop design with constant tension to ensure printing tension accurate and stable.
7.Color registeration is controlled by computer to make sure registeration accuracy and stable.
8.High performance error collection system ensures linear stability of material running and surface orderliness of unwinding product.
9.Hot air drying unit is high efficient, thermal oil heating or steam heating also can be optional.
10. High clear colorful inspection video is easy for checking the printing quality.
